How to Order  

Below is an overview of the order process, instructions are available as you proceed with your order. 

  1. Browse through our range of products by using the categories on the left of the website.
  2. Click on the photo of a product to view more details.
  3. Enter the quantity you would like to order
  4. Click "Add to Cart"
  5. You now have the option to "Continue Shopping" or "Next" to Check Out.
  6. When you select "Next" you will be asked to create an account with Grosgrain, this will supply us with your contact and shipping details. 
  7. Check that your shipping address is correct then click "next".
  8. Tick that you agree with the websites terms & conditions and proceed.
  9. You will now click on the PayPal link to pay for your order. PayPal is the secure company that processes credit cards, they also accept bank transfer. You DO NOT need to be a PayPal member to order.
  10. If you are a PayPal member simply log into the website
    If you do not have a PayPal account click "Don't have a PayPal account?"
  11. Follow the instructions on screen to pay for your order.
  12. Your order is now complete, you will receive an email with details of your order.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated by the total weight of your order. 

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via paypal, visa, mastercard and bank transfer through PayPal. All prices are in Australian dollars.

You can also place your order over the phone, call us on 02 9489 9915 during our shop hours, or on our mobiles outside of those hours (Lisa 0419 994 721 or Pru 0408 652 099) and have your credit card details ready.
